Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of algorithmiscope.com and any AlgorithmiScope forecast, digital report, membership, or email service. By using the service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining control of links that allow access to billing or email preferences.
Entertainment and self-reflection only
AlgorithmiScope organizes user-provided context into structured forecasts for entertainment, reflection, and personal insight. It does not predict the future or provide financial, investment, legal, medical, mental-health, safety, employment, or other professional advice. Do not use a forecast as the sole basis for a high-stakes decision. Seek a qualified professional when appropriate.
No guaranteed outcome
Forecasts are probabilistic and interpretive. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, results, opportunities, income, relationship outcomes, or any particular future event. You remain responsible for your choices and actions.
Free and premium forecasts
The free forecast is a limited preview. A Premium AlgorithmiScope is a one-time digital purchase at the price shown before checkout and does not create a subscription. Delivery and refund terms appear in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Monthly membership
The founding membership costs $5.99 per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled. The recurring price, billing frequency, and cancellation terms are disclosed before checkout. You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method each billing period. You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Continued founding pricing applies while the original subscription remains continuously active, subject to taxes or changes required by law.
Email delivery
Membership includes the email cadence selected during onboarding. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by spam filters, outages, or third-party providers. Every member email includes preference controls. Transactional messages concerning purchases, billing, security, or service changes may still be sent when necessary.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or resell forecasts at scale, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
AlgorithmiScope, its branding, software, site design, and report formats are owned by or licensed to AlgorithmiScope. You may use a forecast purchased or generated for your own personal, noncommercial purposes. You retain responsibility for information you submit and grant us permission to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, correct errors, or update these Terms. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated when legally required.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlgorithmiScope will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on a forecast. Our aggregate liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service during the six months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not fully apply to you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
