Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AlgorithmiScope collects, uses, and shares information when you use algorithmiscope.com, generate a forecast, purchase a report, or join a membership.
Information we collect
- Forecast information: nickname, birth date, email address, focus area, question, situation, opportunities, risks, energy, and selected traits.
- Membership information: email address, delivery preferences, timezone, membership status, and onboarding choices.
- Payment information: Stripe processes payment-card details. AlgorithmiScope receives transaction, customer, subscription, and payment-status information but does not store complete card numbers.
- Usage information: page views, device and browser information, referring pages, button interactions, funnel events, and masked session replays collected through PostHog. Form contents are masked from analytics recordings.
- Local browser data: the free forecast demo stores your submitted forecast information in your browser so the result page can display it.
How we use information
We use information to generate and display forecasts, process purchases, operate memberships, send requested Daily Signals and Weekly AlgorithmiScopes, manage email preferences, provide support, prevent misuse, measure product performance, and improve the service.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers needed to operate AlgorithmiScope, including Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, PostHog for privacy-masked analytics, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
AlgorithmiScope and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for security, analytics, checkout continuity, and product operation. You can restrict these technologies through your browser, although parts of the service may stop working.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. No online system is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit the information collected.
Your choices
You may change membership email preferences from the preference link included in member emails, cancel a subscription through the Stripe billing portal, clear locally stored forecast data through your browser, or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing support@algorithmiscope.com.
Age requirement
AlgorithmiScope is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
