Refund & Cancellation Policy

Premium AlgorithmiScope — $7.99 one-time purchase

Premium reports are digital products delivered immediately after payment. Because access begins immediately, completed and successfully delivered purchases are generally final. We will refund duplicate charges, unauthorized charges verified through Stripe, or purchases that cannot be delivered because of a technical failure. If a report is missing or materially defective, contact support@algorithmiscope.com within seven days of purchase so we can repair, redeliver, or refund it as appropriate. This policy does not limit rights that apply under law.

Monthly membership — $5.99 recurring

The founding membership renews automatically every month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal linked from your membership confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; member delivery may continue until then.

Membership charges already processed are generally non-refundable, and we do not prorate partially used billing periods. We will review duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or a material failure to provide the paid service. Contact us within seven days of the charge.

How to request help

Email support@algorithmiscope.com with the purchase email, charge date, and a brief description. Do not send complete card numbers or other sensitive payment information. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

Charge disputes

Please contact us first so we can investigate quickly. This does not waive your right to contact your bank or card issuer regarding an unauthorized or disputed charge.
